I went there to wash my black jeep and I refuse to use the brush that's supplied there because they generally scratch up your paint pretty bad. So I brought my own sponge. I'm assuming that because they have a no hand washing policy the whole system shut down and would not turn back on about 30 sec into scrubbing my jeep. I will never use this place again and they should get shut down for pathetic customer service. What can I say? It's an automatic car wash. It's effective. Good water pressure. Good selection of products The bay area is very dark bit expensive considering the fact that is dark and can't see how well u r doing until u get the car in the sun light Good self wash and vacuum... but you won't leave without spending at least 5$ on wash and a couple on vacuum... depending on how fast you go.
