I am so happy to be a patient of Dr. Burtch's. He is the most friendly and caring dentist I have seen and I trust my family's care to him without a doubt. I am treated very well from the moment I enter the door until I leave- the entire staff shows compassion and care for me. All of our procedures were explained clearly and they take the time to show the costs as well so there are no surprises. Overall, I highly recommend this practice. Came in on his day off after hours to help my daughter who had an abscess in her tooth and then didn't charge us absolutely an awesome dentist I would definitely recommend him to anyone Like many dentistries, the staff is friendly, personable, very gentle, and easy to work with. What really sets this place apart is the level of dedication to excellence you will find here. One of the things that has really impressed me is the level of investment Dr. Burtch places in his staff. They are learned and capable. It's one thing to be friendly and personable, it's quite another to be those things and exceedingly competent. Great staff, great service. They are very caring and quite gentle with your teeth. When you have questions, you receive direct, pragmatic advice with no lecturing. This practice is run very well. My wife and I and our two boys go to Dr. Burtch and we have all had good experiences. He takes time with each patient, listens well, and does good work. His office staff is superb in what they do and very friendly. I recommend this dental practice to anyone.
