As a pastor officiating the funeral service, Janssen's is first class and Sam Carranza was great to work with. Very compassionate and accommodating. I can't say enough about the compassion and personal attention that we received from the Director, Sam Carranza! He explained the process and made sure that the family understood all of the options. He was never pushy in regards to any of the options, which some funeral homes tend to be. Sam took it upon himself to ensure that the family had the best experience possible under the toughest situation ever. He truly cares!! Thank you Sam! I must say I was completely happy with the service Sam Carranza provided for me. He went out of his way to help, even after hours. When I told him what my father had wanted he showed the options I had and was not pushy in any aspect. When I left I knew I was taken care of. Sam genuinely cares on a personal and professional level, which shows through his work. Was nice. We'll handled and kind.
