After getting out of the military it was hard to find a place to call my primary doctors office. When I was in high school I got whooping cough and was shuttled around from doctor to doctor who didn't do much but give me cough medicine. My grandmother who also goes here took me to the family health center and I was able to see Deb, right away she was able to figure out it was whooping cough and treated me accordingly that was when I was 17. Now I'm 25 and 50% disabled from the military and this is the place to go to. Staff are extremely friendly and remember your name they honor military and the PA's and Doctors are all friendly and knowledgeable. They will help you better understand what is going on with you by showing and talking to you. Big thumbs up to the front desk staff I love them all! It's a family health center that treats you like family. I believe the price is reasonable anywhere from $160 or less a visit depending on the length of the visit. (Without labs or testing). I highly respect the patience they also have when some care requires a specialist that can take the VA forever to approve, they will continue to take care of you and not shake or shrug you off. The only downside is that I wish they could treat everything because I don't wanna go anywhere else because I know this place is a 1 in a million in terms of friendly knowledgeable care and I've been bounced around from doctor to doctor who just wrote out medications without explanation or said I was to young to experience these things or have these issues. Everyone was friendly and provided awesome service. I made an appointment with Robert Warren, ANP. The office staff was very nice and helpful and after a couple of appointments remembered my name. Extra points for this! Robert, is very good at his job and after being seen by other doctors in the Valley he is concerned with your health. He even calls with lab results. Therefore, Robert Warren gets my 5 star rating. He is really number one in my book. What did I like about it? Nothing. From the very start the receptionist was rude and make it awkward to attempt to schedule an appointment. Then just told me to talk to someone else. Thanks anyways. While the staff seemed nice enough, I felt that I was way overcharged ($250) for a visit with the nurse instead of the doctor. But at least I left with a list of 20 things that could possibly be wrong - leaving some of the fun guess work for the next doctor (not a nurse this time) that I will have to see if I continue to be in pain.
