The doctor that treated my brother should and will be SUED the staff do not care about there jobs or treating the sick with respect .My brother was sent home without treatment only to stop breathing after his wife drove him home .I just home the hospital has DEEP pockets for the lawsuit that is being filed The staff was super slow and really seem to not care about patients. Didn't have answers to the simple questions I asked, didnt know anything about Red Cross and didnt try to find out. The service was so bad i got up and walked out. I couldnt drive to JBER Er because of the snow so now im stuck at home with no one to help care for me and im still in pain with no answers on my condition. I went to this er twice, the first time they were taking everyone to the back before me, even people that were fine, the second time I waited 6 hrs just come home and possible die in my sleep. My husband is terrified because theres nothing he can do due to him being away for the military. Horrible place. My dad had surgery here last week and the staff was amazing! They answered all our questions, kept us informed on progress every hour and basically made us feel like he was the only one in the hospital. He was in the hospital 3.5 days and was treated with respect and kindness, in addition to receiving excellent care. I am so grateful that we have this calliber of care in the Valley. Thank you Lisa, Marilyn, and Dawn!! they lie about everything. They try to make you get unnecessary bloodwork. I give them one star because that was the lowest!! Horrible hospital and liars!!! If you have to wait three hours it's not a emergency room!!! Taking advantage of poor sick people is the lowest you can go!! Absolutely disgusted!! Nurse's It took them over 30mins to get to me every time I pressed the button when I was in severe pain and took longer to get me my pain medal. They were supposed to check on me every hour and they never did
