9/11/17. They open at 9am at the new location. Arrived 20 min to 9am and saw people walking in. Didn't figure anyone would be waiting in line that early so I ran a quick errand. When I came and walked in to the lobby at 8:55am there were between 12 and 15 people in line outside the DMV doors. The door opened exactly at 9am, not before. I pulled number 11. I barely sat down when my number was called. My title and registration business was finished soon and I was back in my vehicle by 9:10am. The best time to go is definitely when they open. As far a s DMV's go not a bad one. I have been here a couple times, my wait time was under an hour on both occasions, and the people I dealt with behind the counter were very friendly. Overall fairly quick and smooth operation. The old office was larger and had a more open feel, this one seems crowded and jumbled. But, the efficiency is usually very good, which is what matters. Clerks all very friendly and helpful, which is far different than my experience in other states. Went in around 1:30pm, by the time I filled out the vehicle registration form my number was called. The whole experience took about 25 minutes which is pretty quick I think. Nice newer design inside compared to the dismal older location. Need to update the number. Fast great service but just need to update the number on this site.
