(Palmer Location) All the staff is super nice EXCEPT the manager. She was very very rude and disrespectful. I always order chicken, bacon and ranch pizza from there and that's what I've always gotten delivered. The last time I ordered it it came to my house with tomato sauce, chicken and red onions. I called and kindly let them know my order was wrong and all she (the manager) could do was throw tons of attitude and insist that the pizza I recieved is what I ordered. Long story short I had to walk down there with the pizza and ask for my my money back which I did receive. I have never ordered from them since. Pioneer Pizza is WAY better and have better customer service! I recommend everyone make the switch, you won't regret it! Love $5 pizza day for the family. Staff has always been very nice too. Their pizzas R Delish Always good and hot pizza at a fair price Good fast pizza.
