Always friendly and go above and beyond to make the customers happy. Not saying they don't screw it all up a lot, but they're nice about it and definitely aren't shy about making it right. Better than AT&T. My new phone is the best I've ever had Beautiful new building & office/retail space with parking. Service was quick & efficient. Staff was knowledgeable; patient with all of my questions & able to interpret what I was trying to say.
