After requesting an annual and several other tasks (break fix/gauge installation) in April, then being told that my plane would be in the shop the first week of June, my phone calls and texts were completely ignored for weeks. Last week (last week of June), I had finally had enough and made one last attempt to contact the owner - and respectfully expressed my disappointment at not receiving a response. I left text and voice messages indicating that I would need to take my plane elsewhere if I didn't get a response. I received a response: I was treated quite rudely for expressing my displeasure at being ignored for weeks! I moved out of state, so no matter what, I wouldn't be doing business with this company any longer. I would have at least recommended them to others though, but at this point I would recommend not touching this place with a ten foot pole. Any business that doesn't treat loyal customers with *at least* enough respect to return a message is destined to fail.
