First off most five star reviews are generally done by friends and family and are very generic and not very detailed. Remember when YOU are dealing with a mechanic they are there for YOU, YOU are not there for them. Overall efficient and nice people but they still feel the need to rip people off when they can, just like most dirty hole in the wall shops. One week ago I asked what the price would be to change the valve stem on my tire because it was leaking, I was told $15. Today I had them get it fixed and the bill was $35 I was told that the extra $20 tacked on was because they had to clean the edge of my rims to prevent bead leaks. Cleaning the rims consists of a die grinder and about five seconds of moving the wrist and arm around the rim. I have personally worked in tire shops and mechanic shops and every time a tire comes off a rim you have to clean The rim so the tire does not leak after it leaves the shop to prevent the customer from coming back. So overall you are paying for a service that would get done with or without you paying for it just so you wouldn't come back complaining that they did not fix your tire. Most shops will bring your bill down if you just tell them face-to-face that they're worth ethic is unacceptable. DO NOT DEAL OVER THE PHONE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!!!!! Well I had a good and bad experience there. Depends who u are dealing with. We went in hopes of panning a couple tools and resolve a life issue we had in front of us. Chris worked with us and made promise to retrieve items and we received requested amount. At 30 days got call from female at firm and thought great service nice. Wife had to drive her mother into anch that day so wasn't able to get by there and p/u items. I called left message would be by next day. Got there about 5 due to a little cat trouble. Served by woman behind counter, she was real rude to Chris and thought maybe wife and having spate. I asked her if she wanted I'd and I was ignored since I forgot ticket at home. Wife tried a couple questions and was ignored also. We shrugged it off. Got tools ready to pay and even though only 1 day late was charged an extra full month of interest and another 5 for not having ticket. Heck would have ran home and got it but this lady would not even talk to us as people. I hesitate to return there after being charged whole month plus 5 and treated so rudely. The guy was great and want to thank him for the help he gave us. Her I give a _5 for customer relations Worst prices on tires in the valley. Glad I shopped around before buying from them. Back in December bought a truck from these guys. Worst 7 thousand I have ever spent in my life. From the day I bought the truck nothing they promised to stand behind to get my money's worth has been fixed. I was promised a 'Two Way" remote start, Windshield, and a 3yr 36k mile warranty on my tranny. The first time I took my truck in because it dies in reverse they returned it to me with an extreme exhaust leak and claimed it was fixed after 2 weeks. The following time I took my truck to them for the same dying in reverse issue they had it another 2 weeks and returned it without any oil in it and all my dash lights flickering like a disco ball. The third and last time my vehicle will ever be worked on by these "mechanics" for the same dying in reverse issue my truck was returned to me with four barely finger tight spark plugs and still no fix for the actual issue. The Remote start they installed is not a 2-way like I was told it would be. I would have paid the extra for the 2-way had I known he was a liar. The windshield he promised me never happened either. And the warranty they gave me on the tranny is worthless since I'd have to rely on their mechanics to tighten bolts and check fluid levels which they seem to lack the skill to do. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD!!! Everything is over priced. The guy who I got to talk to seemed shady and was trying to push/rush a sale on me. When I told him that I would have to think about it he was rude and unprofessional. Save some time and money and skip this place. Shady people shady business
