Even though I purchased my travel trailer they serviced it and treated me as if I had bought it there. I was basically given a gas go treatment from Fife RV in Washington Valley RV explained and showed me the basics for operation of the unit.. Colton helped explain some very important functions. Everyone from the receptionist to the tech everyone was very helpful and professional. Best experience I've had buying a high cost item. No pressure, they answered every question I had (lots) and they made sure I drove away in a safe vehicle. The owner of the business gave me the final walk through and I bought a cheaper trailer. Don't bother with others, they probably don't care as much as Valley RV. I don't work for them nor am I friends with staff, just a fact from 1st hand experience and 1st time RV buyer. We knew what we wanted, they had it, we bought it......Simple right. Well I just wanted to share the customer service experience we had. From start to finish (driving off the lot) the service is amazing. We are new to buying a 5th wheel so we needed to know everything thing we could. The owner walked us around inside/out. He explained everything to us and made sure when we left we were confident. I must say the whole time never once did he make us feel like we were taking too much of his time....we stayed about 4 hours to do the walk thru and every min he was answering our questions or telling us about our rig. I couldn't be happier with the service. Great selection of parts and friendly staff Amazing customer service. You can tell the owner picks his employees carefully and cares about his customers and business. I felt very valued and appreciated. Definitely reccomend them for all camper needs.
