Terrible staff. Guy screaming at my in heavily accented English. I didn't understand. So he started throwing my clothes all over the floor and then screaming at my to get out. Woman who works there said that washers can not even be half full. Nice way to make you pay for more washers!!! Most of the equipment broken. Wish I could xall staff rude but that would be too nice and inaccurate. Now they are yelling at another poor customer. Yikes! Go elsewhere!!!!! Visiting from Seattle, and travel the world. But this, this is by far the worst business I have walked into. As all other reviews state, none of them are wrong. The only real option in Palmer, but not a very good one. Half of the machines don't work and those that do are egregiously overpriced. The showers are nice and hot if a bit short. Overall a truly mediocre experience. ZERO STARS would be appropriate. I went over first thing this morning. Their hours are displayed 8 am- 9 pm. They are very rude. I arrived a bit after 8 am & put my clothes to wash. I was told to come back at 9:30. I came back before 9:25 am. They locked down the doors. My clothes were already pulled out into their cart in plain view through the window. The owner (man) pulls up after 9:30. I told him I didn't like that he took it upon himself to touch my clothes. It was unnecessary & I've been going there for a year. The CRAZY thing he was doing is that he was glaring at me & told me that I can put my stuff going in the dryer but CAN NOT be inside their business?! Because he was going to lock up again. WTF!? I have tolerated their dirty floors, thick old mop water in sight, & they deliberately have 6 washers functional. About the same for their dryers. THEIR CHANGE MACHINES ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL. HAVING TO DRY ELSEWHERE. ELSEWHERE IS BETTER FOR THE PRICE TOO. P.S. Don't even think of getting a shower here. The water is cold. No joke 30 our of service machines here. Loaded quarters in one of the "working " machines 3 times and it didn't work. I told the manager and he said I was lying and hid the quarters! "There is nothing wrong with any of my machines" is what he told me... what about the 30 out of service signs and the half ass working remaining 8? Someone needs to open a working clean laundromat in palmer! Never giving business here again! -5 stars
