I had the option of them responding immediately or first thing in the morning, I chose morning and Wayne, was there right on time and very efficient. I was not able to be there so within half an hour of his arrival time I received a phone call from him going over the entire findings. He turned a pretty stressful, worrisome situation into a calm laid out plan. It didn't matter that our job wasn't huge or high dollar, we were treated as if it was of top priority.
