We have been taking our animals to North Star ever since they opened for business. Dr. Henry and Dr. Beck are amazing. They are so thorough in their examinations. They always take their time with you and your critter. You never feel like you are being rushed through your appointment. Our animals’ health issues haven’t been simple straightforward issues, sometimes they have been unusual, complicated life threatening problems. Dr. Henry and Dr. Beck have always persisted until they found the cause and in two cases actually saved our animals’ lives! The techs and receptionist have always been professional, caring and compassionate. We will be North Star clients for life! We went in to North Star Animal Hospital as a drop in appointment with our sweet little old beagle who had been attacked. They made sure to make time for her (which other vets in the area did not do) and they took very good care of her. I was impressed when they called the following day to make sure she was okay. Thanks for the outstanding and compassionate care. We've taken our dog to North Star Animal Hospital for both an office visit and surgery, and it's the best care she has ever received. Dr. Knox, Dr. Beck, Jackie, and the front desk personnel were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I totally trust them to take good care of our pets. An added plus is that their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!! The doctors and staff here are professional, courteous and caring. They listened carefully to my questions and concerns and made educated recommendations on the treatment of my pet. Since the appointment, my dog has shown tremendous improvement!
