Extremely overpriced for horrid services. Wanted to put a dog down because of a cut paw, or make us pay $8000 for 8 stitches. Another experience we had was they wanted to charge us for an unneeded overnight stay to giving him medication that we could (and did) do ourselves. Giving him the medication was an additional cost on top of the medication price, as well as various other things. Very warm and attentive clinic from our interaction with the front desk, the vet techs and then both Dr. Wares who treated our injured puppy, professionally and expeditiously which we appreciate more than you will ever know!! We were given a price range for services which when all said and done was significantly less than the lowest quoted price. We felt very comfortable leaving our baby overnight in the very capable hands of their care team after consulting with Dr. Ware who came in on his time off to perform surgery at a late hour. Awesome job to you all and thank you from the bottoms of our hearts! Terry, Lisa and Rebel ❤️ As the secondary caregiver for my friends pet II am appalled at what I can only describe as being in the finance office at a car dealership. When an estimate to get a dog spayed is given it should include all fees, the pain management meds, the collar to prevent her from chewing at the incision, to the post op medications, instead the bill was not even close to the quoted estimate. As her owner put it, I don't mind paying for services rendered but tell me the total upfront so I can budget for it accordingly, instead I am at least $100 over what I had budgeted for and being on a fixed income this has placed me in a bad spot. This clinic also has no regard for privacy as I was given another patients record to include the owners address. This inconsistency and turn over in Staff has me looking for another Vet to handle my dogs future needs. As I am in agreement with the owner I would be looking for another Vet to handle any of her future medical needs. On Easter Sunday I had to take my poor dog to the vet due to a hotspot on his face and neck. I called the office to see if it was open and I was delighted to know that they are a 24/7 animal hospital with walk in availability. The staff was more than accommodating and pleasant and the Doctor working with my dog kept me informed of my options of what can be done for treatment and giving me the information so I could make a well informed decision. Cost-wise, I was given options based on the route I wanted to take and it enabled me to make the better decision in my dog's treatment. I am more than satisfied with not only the results so far, but with the fact that the doctor actually called and left a message on my voicemail for a follow up to see how Remy is doing. While I was there, I also witnessed how the staff interacted with a distraught customer who was dealing with an emergency and they were very empathetic and calming with her. Animals are such a huge part of people's lives and to see the care they provided not only me this past Sunday shows the dedication on their part(s) to ensure the best care is being provided. waited for 1.5 hrs with my two small kids and dog, they should start having appointments ratger than just walk ins...left because it was over lapping with another appt!
