Very welcoming and cozy! Always enjoy my visit there! I have stayed with Collette for several years in a row now. By far the best B&B in the area if not all of Alaska. The home is immaculate clean, the beds are great and you always feel so welcome. The surroundings are beautiful and they can give you all the best recommendations on where to go and what to see during your visit to Alaska. If you are planning a trip, stay here, you will be happy you did! My husband and I stayed at Alaksa's Harvest B&B and absolutely loved it!! The home is so beautiful and the land it's situated on is BREATHTAKING!! Our room was very private and quiet with a fully stocked breakfast bar right in the room! We really enjoyed sitting out in the yard with a cup of coffee and enjoying the peace and quiet. We felt right at home and would love to come back! If I ever find myself back in Alaska this is the only place I'll stay! Alaskas harvest b&b is one of those places where you stay and you just never want to leave! It's so warm and cozy, and the views from the private room are, in my opinion, one of the best in Alaska! My wife and I renewed our wedding vows there last summer and it could not have been a more beautiful setting with pioneer mountain in the background. Collete, is so accommodating and made sure our stay was EXTREMELY comfortable the whole time! We stayed as guests and left as family. This is the best B&B that I have had the pleasure of enjoying! When you first walk in you are immediately hit with peaceful music that puts you at ease. The owner puts easy instructions on the front door e.g. directions to your room and any other concerns you may have. The rooms have every amenity you can imagine! The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean with flat screen TV's, books, tourist info, private baths, and even personal soothing sound effects when you sleep! Best of all it's very quiet, extremely private and the owners are non-invasive. They leave you to enjoy your vacation while remaining available for questions and advice. It couldn't be more perfect! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for that special B&B.
