Huge selection of stuff. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Worth going to. Sales lady spent time with us to explain everything. She even looked on the computer for another item we ask about. Friendly staff but not pushy. Great staff, nice prices for furniture and have delivery. We purchased two adjustable beds in March, delivered in April, the company that delivered them set them set them up and synced both beds with one remote but said once we were ready to use them (we were waiting on a split mattress and still had old mattress, which wasn't split) all we had to do was put batteries in the other remote and both bases would work independently. New split mattress is delivered 1 week after bases were delivered and we were excited to finally use our adjustable beds! Well one of them did not work, so I called Bailys and asked for help, they sent a tech out but he couldn't figure out what was wrong. Bailys has washed their hands of this mess and now I must deal with the manufacturer, how is this remotely right?? And are waiting on parts to arrive and for the manufacturer to put in a work order to Bailys so they will fix our bed. In the meantime Bailys has our money, we have an adjustable bed that doesn't work. I would advise anyone looking for furniture to bypass this place, if you have a problem they WILL NOT make it right!! Thank goodness I was smart enough to get the extended warranty!! An absolute mess of an order. No attempt at customer recovery. Avoid at all costs unless your item is in stock.
