My family went on the 4th of July and had a wonderful experience. You get a lot of knowledgeable information from your guides. You are a part of a smaller group and receive one on one attention. If you are wanting a Grand slam experience, this is the tour to take. 100% worth every penny!!!!!! This is not a tour! It is simply transportation to the head of the glacier. Zero commentary that one might expect from a "tour." Very disappointed and over charged. Save your money. We just came from the tour this last weekend. Our guide was Randy and kept us entertained, it was a dismal day but the experience with the tours owner and staff was great not to mention how much my kids loved the 4x's going through the river then the boat ride. I've been a resident in AK since the 90's and any visiting family love this tour not to mention hand feeding their squirrel when you get get to the glacier! On our way out we saw a sow and tiny cub along with a cow and two calfs! Thank you so much Knik Glacier Tours! Great experience. You have to visit a glacier if you go to Alaska. Best thing we did while in Anchorage!
