Rose Ridge is a wonderful find! Only an hour out of Anchorage with a wilderness feel and a five star view, we were already impressed. The cottage is really a spacious mountain house with two roomy bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen and a whole wall of windows overlooking the Matsanuka Range and Pioneer Peak. The hosts were helpful and friendly. We will definitely return to Rose Ridge Chalet. Great views over the snowy mountains. Perfect winter spot for the aurora. Excellent home to stay in. Great views, clean, private, washer and dryer. Owners are nice and helpful.
